face-swearAnti-Slurs Policy

As part of the Florida Roleplay Staff Team, it’s really important that we all stick to the highest standards of professionalism and respect, no exceptions. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to slurs, discriminatory comments, hate speech, or any kind of derogatory language aimed at individuals or groups. This covers a lot of ground—like, comments about race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, and disability, just to name a few.

And, just to be clear, this policy is in effect everywhere. Whether you’re sending official messages, chatting with someone personally, posting on social media, interacting in-game, or engaging in any public or private setting related to Florida Roleplay or the broader Florida community, we expect you to follow these guidelines. The aim here is pretty simple: we want everyone—team members and community participants alike—to feel safe, respected, and valued.

If someone crosses the line and violates this policy, there will be immediate disciplinary action. That could mean anything from losing your staff status to being removed from the community altogether. We really don’t take this lightly. Not only can harmful remarks hurt others, but creating a positive, inclusive, and professional environment is key to the success and reputation of Project London. So, let’s all do our part to keep things respectful and welcoming!
