# Chain of Command Policy

You are always **required** to follow the chain of command. You should not be pinging the founders for every little problem. First you should go to **Administration (if moderation)**, then **IA**, then **Management**, then **BoD**. If all those ranks cannot help, that is when it is alright to go to a founder to ask your question or state your problem/concern.

Additionally, do not teleport to the founders in-game without permission. Simply use the “:pm” command to ask if you can teleport to us, and if we say yes, do so. If we say no, then we clearly don’t want you to, so therefore **do not** teleport.
