LOA & RA Policy

Requirements for LOA

To go on an LOA you: Cannot have taken an LOA in the past two weeks, you must have a valid reason to go on an LOA, and an LOA cannot exceed two weeks, though exceptions may apply if the LOA is serious enough.

Requirements for RA

To go on RA you: Must not have been on RA for the past two weeks, you must have a valid reason to go on RA, and your RA cannot exceed one week, though exceptions may apply if serious enough.

LOA Information

When on LOA, activity requirements do not apply to you, meaning you do not need shift quota, discord quota, or to react to the activity check. You can request an LOA with Melonly with the moderation panel.

RA Information

While on RA, your game quota is split in half, so instead of two hours for a moderator, you’d only have to get 1 and a half hours. On RA, the weekly message requirement still applies, and while on RA you still must react to the weekly activity requirement, not reacting to the activity check or not getting the weekly message requirement while on RA will result in a strike.
