Rank Structure

The Florida Roleplay Staff Team has ranks ranging from Moderator to Directive Team, this section explains each rank and their purpose.

Moderation Team The Moderation Team are the ones who generally moderate the server, they are uniquely the only section of the staff team to have moderator commands, hence the name moderation team. This is the lowest section of the staff team, usually with the newest staff members fresh out of training.

Trial Moderator The Trial Moderator is the lowest rank of the moderation team. Trial Moderator is given out after passing your application.
Junior Moderator Junior Moderator is the rank directly after Trial Moderator, the moderator makes sure the server is intact and no rule breakers are in game.
Moderator Moderator is the rank directly after Junior Moderator, the moderator makes sure the server is intact and no rule breakers are in game.
Senior Moderator The rank directly after Moderator, consists of the same duties as moderator, just more experienced at doing their job.

Administration and Internal Affairs Teams

The Administration Team is similar to the Moderation Team just on a higher level. The Administration Team members are the ones to set the standard for the Moderation Team, they are put on a higher expectation than the Moderation Team they also perform trainings for newly accepted trainees. The Internal Affairs Team supervises the Administration and Moderation teams, they are to hand out infractions and promotions to those they think deserve it. They look for those doing their jobs exceptionally and then promote them for their exceptional work, these are the staff members who set the standard for the Moderation and Administration teams, which is why you need to be above the age of 14 instead of 13 to be on Internal Affairs or any role or team higher than Internal Affairs.

Trial Administrator Entry level Administrator role, this is where you learn the fundamentals of being an admin while also setting the standard for the Moderation Team.
Junior Administrator Second Administrator role, you are to set the standard for the Moderation Team as a Junior Administrator while also moderating as you were when you were a moderator, you are also to do training for newly accepted trainees as an administrator.
Administrator You are to set the standard for the Moderation Team while also moderating in the game, you are also to do training for newly accepted trainees as an administrator. This is the role directly after Junior Administrator.
Senior Administrator This is the role directly after the Administrator role. The same duties as each other Administrator role, just with more experience.
Head Administrator Head Administrators are the leaders of the Administration Team, they are able to send promotion suggestions to the Internal Affairs Team and are also able to send infractions to the Internal Affairs Team, they supervise the Administration Team to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
Trial Internal Affairs Entry level Internal Affairs role, the Trial Internal Affairs can infract people as they wish however they are only on trial and can be taken off of the Internal Affairs team if they perform poorly.
Junior Internal Affairs The rank directly after Trial Internal Affairs, they perform the same duties as Trial Internal Affairs, just with more experience.
Internal Affairs Agent The rank directly after Junior Internal affairs, performing the same duties as a Trial or Junior Internal Affairs Agent would with more experience and leadership.
Internal Affairs Director The Internal Affairs Director is the rank directly after Internal Affairs Agent, they lead the Internal Affairs Team and supervise each member of the Internal Affairs Team, they look over performance of the Internal Affairs Team.

Management and Board of Directors The Management Team deals with conflict resolution within the staff team, they deal with management tickets, solve problems, manage the game, discord server, and the staff team. The Board of Directors watches over the entirety of the staff team and makes decisions for the server as a whole.

Trial Management Entry level Management Team role, the Trial Management steps into dealing with conflict resolution, management tickets, solving problems, managing the game, discord server, staff team, etc.
Management The role directly after Trial Management, they do the same duties as stated above at a more experienced level.
Head of Management Leads the Management Team, they supervise the team to make sure everything is running smoothly in the Management Team as well as the entirety of the staff team, they are the highest level of Management directly after the Management role.
Assistant Director Entry level Board of Directors role, the best of best staff members can get up to this position, they supervise the entirety of the staff team and make decisions for the entire server.
Deputy Director The role directly after Assistant Director, they do the same duties as the Assistant Director, simply at a more experienced level of directorship.
Director The role directly after Deputy Director, they do the same duties as the Assistant and Deputy Directors, simply at a more experienced level of directorship. They supervise the entirety of the server as well.
